Serenity Yoga & Pilates Studio™ Class Descriptions

When you come to Serenity, we will do a personal profile to find out your needs and recommend classes according to those needs. We will strive to make everyone feel comfortable in our classes. All Yoga and Pilates classes focus on proper mental and physical balance, breathing, concentration, flexibility, core strength, muscular toning and strength. Pilates classes are faster paced and have the added benefits of coordination and abdominal endurance. Yoga classes have the added benefits of greater flexibility and relaxation. They are both great additions to any exercise routine, can help you train for sports or recreational activities, can help to reduce chronic stiffness, weakness, pain and are also great forms of exercise for beginners through advanced practitioners.
