Jennifer Harman Deslippe
(JaiHari Kaur)

Jennifer Harman Deslippe (aka JaiHari Kaur) is recently relocated from Los Angeles where she began her journey in Kundalini Yoga eleven years ago, and has been teaching actively for the last six years. In addition to being certified to teach Kundalini Yoga, she is also a certified Sat Nam Rasayan® healer (the healing modality associated with Kundalini Yoga). When her ballet career came to a premature end, due to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in 1998, a friend brought her to her first Kundalini Yoga class. She couldn’t believe how rejuvenated she felt after just one class! Jennifer started her studies with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, founder of Golden Bridge Yoga in Los Angeles. She is also very grateful to have studied at the feet of Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga. She is also grateful for the opportunity of continued study directly with Guru Dev Singh, the only living master of Sat Nam Rasayan. Jennifer has contributed to various yoga programs including The Discovery Channel’s FitTV yoga reality show Guru2Go, a yoga demo video for AOL Diet & Fitness, and The Spirit Trainer’s yoga DVD. She lives with her husband, who is pursuing his PhD, and their bounding, joyful one year old puppy, who keeps them laughing and on their toes.

Jennifer specializes in communicating the practical effects of the ancient teachings of Kundalini Yoga & how they add benefit to our daily lives, helping to unlock the potential for excellence and vitality within each one of us.
