Serenity offers you therapeutic Yoga and Pilates for health, for life. At Serenity we strive to understand the needs of every student. We have worked with students who are post-physical therapy, post-surgery and post-injury. With confidence, we will send you in the direction that will help you strengthen your body, improve flexibility, correct imbalances, improve your health, and improve your life. At our studio, we focus on quality training, not quantity. We keep classes small (3 people or less) for the most hands-on and therapeutic experience possible. We specialize in balancing the body with the mind, providing comprehensive services including Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, and small Pilates equipment. We also offer comprehensive yoga services including gentle, restorative, prenatal, and moderately flowing yoga. Serenity specializes in therapeutic yoga and Pilates for everyone.

Serenity offers specialized training for older adults, scoliosis, breast cancer recovery, prenatal/postnatal yoga and Pilates, and personal training for strength, balance, flexibility, weight loss, relaxation, and other health benefits*.

All yoga and Pilates classes focus on proper mental and physical balance, breathing, concentration, flexibility, core strength, neuromuscular functioning, and muscular toning.

Yoga classes at Serenity

Yoga systematically tones and stretches the body. We offer multiple styles of yoga including gentle relaxation and vinyasa (flow). Yoga offers practitioners balance in mind and body and can be combined with any other recreational activities and sports to improve performance. Yoga has been found to help improve relaxation, mood, balance, flexibility, muscular strength, lung capacity, digestive processes, and cardiovascular endurance. Being flexible is not required to practice yoga, to become flexible is exactly why one should practice yoga. At Serenity we place you into a position to be successful with individual attention by fitting the pose to your body, rather than forcing your body to fit a pose.
